She is currently the manager of Glen Gat House, a long-established, family-run guesthouse in Dundalk, where she blends traditional hospitality with modern digital marketing and creative storytelling. Alongside this, Helena works as a freelance reporter with LMFM, covering light-hearted news, local events and community stories that resonate with audiences across the region.
